I also have a very strong sense of what buyers and sellers want; mostly because I listen. My role is to make the home buying and selling process successful. In this climate there are always snags and the outcome sometimes depends on my ability to keep the process moving forward, and to know when to walk away from a deal. It is my job to educate my clients that they may not get everything they want, to prioritize, and to make decisions based on facts and information we have available to us now.
